Whenever I have a problem with my connection I ring up their customer service, it takes less than 15 minutes to get through during day times. I rang them couple times in the evening and I waited over 3 hours.  3 hours in the queue and it has used over £20 on the calls plus it was on the premium call charges. I did not like the service that they give at evening times at all. When I found there was a problem with my connection I had to get the engineer to check on my line.
3 days later I got an engineer and found no faults  Their terms and conditions says if the engineer cannot find a fault I have to pay the £125 call-out charge. I had to spend 3x on the engineer and they continued to say that there are no faults on my line. Okay fine so after paying them £300+ I found another BT engineer that do cheap line works. I got this guy and I only paid him £40 to fix my line
So really I spend my 3-4 months and wasted £300+ on something that is no use for me. And now I can surf the net anytime I want  The lame thing is the price I had to pay £27 a month  But I get unlimited usage, more porn for me HEHE
