I used to be a huge bookworm when I was younger.

Anyway, I still choose books, but I guess it really depends. If it is like a huge series and the books came out first, I will definitely read the books instead. As for the movies, sometimes I dislike it a lot because it totally ruins the book. Like for Harry Potter, I love the movies, but if I had to choose between the books or the movies, I definitely choose the books. I like to have my own creativity in imagination, rather than watch celebrities fake away some characters in order to have fame and money.

Believe me, I get extremely annoyed at people in theatres who don't bother reading the books and they start making assumptions throughout a movie. Like they will say how stupid a character is or whatever because the movie did not follow the books (I.E. Cho Chang being the backstabber in the movie, when she was clearly not the one who informed the Ministry about the group!).

Does it kill people to read these days?
