ok I have 3 times the same problem and every time I call microsoft I send my xbox 360 in to microsolft and not the place that I buy,wait 3 or 4 week.After,he give me a new xbox 360,he give also a free 1 month xbox live gold and he is a new 3 years warranty .I don't think so that the game is reimbursement and don't turn to horizontal to vertical or the oposite when you play the game because the console can scratched the disc game.
