Pray before sleep?
Do you usually pray to God before going to sleep and calling it a day. I do sometimes though |

I usually call on Buddha, mentally chanting his name until I drift off. It lifts all matters off my mind, enabling me to take flight.

I use to.. even tho i was buddist.. i guess it was one of those stupid childish things that i done.. played for things that i wanted... but i guess that was the westerned tv bad influense... ARGHH.... nowadays... its like.. bed... ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzZ...
