Ha ha .. beaten yes, but not quite beaten up. It's the usual, smacks, slaps, and the good old feather duster. That name is quite a misnomer, as it's not really used for dusting, just caning us.

When I was a kid, I would always get caned or slapped around, if I failed in school. But now, definately not...I mean I'm gonna be 18 soon =P

Yep .. I have been beaten by my parents ... only under disciplinary probelms though ... but which I find rather stupid, like i get wacked in the head if I speak my opinion for once ...

Got the feel of his belt a good few times but I was naughty. As I am now I am more disciplined. I've got a few nephews and nieces and they can be really naughty which kind of justifies why I probably got belted.

when i was kid i'd get a spanking or the bamboo rod, but never beaten up.
i had a coworker who was beaten, he grew up to be a good guy even though he went through that.

Yeah, those bamboo rod stings alot. I can remember I had marks across my arms and legs.

this is so sad. I wouldn't say i get beaten or anything but i remember them spanking my bottom when i wasn't obeying them. NOt hard or anything but firm enough to let me know they're serious and all. Of course that was when i was little and now they don't do that anymore. But i noticed my neighbor, (they're chinese btw) she would lock them out, leaving them to cry. I was like "what's going on?" and took a peek and saw two little girls (i think they're 2) and they're twins, crying for their mom to open the door. i told my mom this and she said they're being bad so the mom is disciplining them. O_O okay......they do this almost everyday now, i would be outside and i would hear the little girls crying for the mom. But the mom would say something in chinese to them and i guess she finally let them in but the next day, she do the same again. My sister finds it funny though. ^^
