Melissa Ng Gives Birth to Golden Piggy Baby

In 2007, the Hong Kong entertainment industry was filled with news of celebrity mothers having children. After Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi, Flora Chan had a daughter last weekend. Melissa Ng also gave birth to a "Golden Piggy" baby in July.

Melissa kept her long-time marriage and pregnancy a top secret. Earlier in May 2007, the 35 year-old Melissa finally admitted that she has been married since 2001. Her husband's name is Jerry Wang Wah Lun, the founder of Vision Investment Management. As a renown a hedge fund specialist, Mr. Wang's assets are valued at $4 billion (HKD)!

Due to Melissa's low-key personality, there were few people in the industry who knew that Melissa already gave birth in July. Reporters tried to contact Melissa, but the call remained unanswered.

Teresa Mak Ka Kei and Hacken Lee's wife, Lo Suk Yee are also expectant mothers giving birth in October 2007. Teresa married her lawyer boyfriend of 4 years, Wong Kwok Ho, last year and became pregnant soon afterwards. Since good friend, Anita Yuen Wing Yee gave birth earlier, Teresa was able to benefit from Anita's good advice. Although only one more month away from her delivery date in October, Teresa already gained 50 pounds during her pregnancy!

Actress, Chow Ka Ling married an Indian interior designer last year. The 36 year-old Chow Ka Ling was four months pregnant and will be giving birth in Spring 2008. She continued to work in her pregnant state. "I am very anxious since this is my first pregnancy. Both my husband and I feel blessed and happy. We have not found out the sex of the baby yet."

lol its prretty sick how melissa ng kept her secret of being married so tight and nobody knew this until she was pregnent! props to how she avoided those reporters!

i can't believe she kept her marriage secret too! but i guess it does help her life to keep career and her private life seperate. Congrats on the baby tho.
