Idy Chan & Damien Lau at "Thieves Have Principles" Costume Fitting

Idy Chan Yuk Lin, Damien Lau Chung Yan, Fala Chan, Joe Ma Tak Chung and Sharon Chan Man Chi attended the costume fitting for new series, "Thieves Have Principles" 《盜亦有道》.

To mark Idy's return to TVB, Damien promised to act as a "maid" and make sure she will be comfortable on set. Damien will fetch water for Idy and make sure she feels welcome upon her return to TVB.

Idy admitted it took her 6 months to decide on whether she should return to TVB. When Damien and Producer, Tommy Leung, were filming "The Drive of Life" 《歲月風雲》, Idy was already in negotiations with TVB regarding her come back. After speaking with Tommy Leung on the phone several times, Idy decided to return to TVB.

Due to her long lapse in acting, Idy said she was afraid of out-takes on set. Earlier, she had a cameo role in Director, Hui On Wah's, production and had numerous out-takes.

Idy said she will not film any sexy nor intimate scenes. If the romantic scenes require her to hold hands with her co-star, that would be fine.

Since collaborating on classic TVB series, 《風雲》, Damien and Idy did not have a chance to work together again until "Thieves Have Principles." Damien praised Idy and said he hoped there will be more romantic scenes with her. Fala Chen will be keeping her sexiness under wraps in the new series, acting as a career woman instead. Recently there have been rumors that Fala underwent cosmetic surgery to slim her face prior to competing in the Miss Chinese International pageant.

Fala was quite upset over the latest plastic surgery rumors and aside from getting braces, insisted that she never had cosmetic surgery. "I was a little chubby when I was in college. I have lost over a dozen pounds since. I am dismayed by the rumors. Hopefully my family does not mind them!"
