Sonija Kwok To Conquer Mount Yuzhu

Sonija Kwok (郭羨妮), Joey Leung (梁榮� ) and Amigo Chui (崔建邦) will be attempting to climb one of China's tallest mountains, Mt Yuzhu in Qinghai Province as part of TVB's latest challenge travelogue series. A blessing ceremony and press conference was held today to mark the start of filming.

The summit of Yuzhu stands at 6178 metres above sea level. It is the tallest peak in the Eastern Kunlun Mountains in China.

The producers have arranged for the artistes to have a moment of confession when they reach the summit and reflect on their achievement.

Asked what she will be confessing when she reaches the top, Kwok said she had not thought of anything yet and will just say what comes to mind. She admitted that this will be a very gruelling trip, but she was confident that she will succeed in the challenge. She hopes that there will be a lot of happy memories on this trip.

Chui was asked whether he would be making a confession, but he became rather evasive in case the questions returned to the earlier rumours linking him with Natalie Tong (唐詩� ).

As for Leung who has had a string of gossip following his "shaking car incident", he felt that his confessions cannot be made in showbiz circles. Asked if he felt this was an opportunity provided for him to come clean by the company, he said that he did not want to read too much into it and will do his best to successfully complete the climb.
