Adam & Joyce Cheng To Perform On EYT Reunion

TVB's Enjoy Yourself Tonight Reunion <歡樂今宵團圓夜> will be aired on 10 November and Adam Cheng (鄭少秋) and his daughter Joyce Cheng (鄭欣宜) will be singing together on the show. This is the first time that father and daughter have performed together on stage and they will be singing Adam's classic "Loner On The Horizon" <天涯孤客>.

At rehearsals yesterday, Adam and Joyce were asked about Lydia Sum (沈殿霞)'s recent secret visit to hospital and Joyce explained that this was just for a check-up and has been discharged now. As for whether or not the reports about her eating a crab banquet were true, Joyce said that this was not true and Lydia is now very careful with her diet. As for her being very bad-tempered lately, Joyce said that she just wants to have a normal life and did not want to be disturbed all the time.

Adam praised his daughter, saying she had inherited his singing talents and gave her performance 100%. Joyce was very excited to perform one of her father's classic songs with him and she hopes not to let him down. Asked whether or not they will be joined by Lydia, Joyce said that when her mother recovers, she can even perform the splits again, but it all depends on her getting better.

Asked how he felt about his daughter's Caucasian boyfriend, Adam said that it is normal behaviour for young people to date and he has seen him several times. Asked if he is a suitable candidate for a son-in-law to Adam, Joyce said that she is only 20 years old, so there is plenty of time to think about marriage.

As for the suggestion that Adam, Joyce and Lydia should film together, he said this was a good idea and he will consider it.
