Francois Huynh Showcases French Cuisine

French-born Mr Hong Kong winner Francois Huynh (黃長發) was invited to show off his culinary skills by the Hong Kong Electric Home Management Centre (港燈家政中心) yesterday for a Halloween promotion. With exposure to French cuisine from an early age, Francois has developed cookery skills that he often uses to treat his friends and family.

Francois said: "I am still learning how to cook other cuisines and often I receive tips from chefs. This time I am cooking for over thirty experienced staff from the centre and I am quite nervous, but fortunately I am using electrical cookers, so it is very safe and easy to control." He also revealed that in search of perfection, he had visited the supermarket early to seek his ideal ingredients.

The students responded to Francois' careful tuition and serious attitude with good compliments, proving he is not just a handsome face!
