I try to workout three times a week it will usually cut an an an hour to an hour and a half. Usually I find myself lazy when it comes to working out it seems like a chore after a while and you basically lose all your motivation now it's just frustrating for me.
If I had a tip for anyone who works out try and find something that motivates you to do so ie: some days I'll look in the mirror and see the results I've got and it helps boost my workout for that day IMO it's a mental thing first before it's physical.
If I'm not working out though I'll spar and end up calling that my "active rest"

I always try to exercise, like swim and run, but I get so tired in the morning to run, and I get so lazy when I'm swimming

a couple of days ago i worked out for a bit... then a few hours later, my legs were killing me!!! x_X i think it has recovered a bit now, though, not fully. my body has been aching these days. -.-

Of course! I am defined by exercise <:Y
I usually just practice martial arts to crank out the sore spots and cramps.
Sometimes I hit the gym for some reps. Nothing special.

i seldom exercise.. not even once a few months i think... but recently.. just do some sit-up... cause big tummy is coming out....

well before i did exercise everyday, but now i'm working and i get so tired after work that i have no energie left for sport...i feel like i'm getting more and more fat!so i really have to do sport again!
