I wash my hair every other day because it gets greasy otherwise - also been told it washing everyday gets rid of the natural oils which can be bad

i wash mine everyday but i heard that it damages and grows faster if you wash it too frequently

twice a day depending on the situation. you have to wash more often if you have exceptionally oily hair like mine.....!
