What's beautiful to men, may not be beautiful to women!

So how do men say if a woman is beautiful or not. I have friends who say that a certain girl is pretty and I say she's ok but really not that pretty if you ask me. I ask them why and they really can't describe why she is pretty to them. All they know is that she is pretty. So guys out there, what makes a girl pretty or beautiful to you?
