What's the best sleep pose?
Do you like sleep rightward, leftward or just being on your back? I'm rightward. And someone said it's good for health because heart is on the left side of the body. How about you?

Sleeping on the left puts pressure on your heart, which surely can't be a good thing!
I normally sleep on my back, but I normally wake up on my right with dribble down my arm, lol.

Lol getting a little too descriptive there Jokes. I haven't heard about that sleeping on your left isn't good since the heart is on the left haha. But then again when you're excercising (not excessive excericising though) you're also putting pressure on your heart and it has to pump quicker to keep up, but it gets healthier though.
Hmm, well there's not really a best pose is there? It's what you think feels the most comfortable really. But for me, I think the front, or maybe the side, haven't really noticed before lol.

Actually, u could move around in sleep in different positions 5+ times w/o knowing it. Don't ask me where that came from, just read it somewhere....

i feel most comfortable on my side but it strains my arms and chest sometimes, putting pressure on my body. so i have to end up sleeping on my backside where i feel less stress , though it is not as comfy.
