Yoga for better health and good life?
Is it truth that Yoga is better for health? what effect it does on body? i never attended Yoga Classes, what about you, what you think about Yoga, please share with us.

Yes if you do it regularly and perform various asanas in the way they should be only than and it should be in the morning only.

It is good for the mind and body because after doing yoga, it makes you feel less heavy. I did yoga for a week back in my Jr. High days for physical education XD Even though you have to be flexible to strech everywhere, plus in a very hot room, you sweat a lot! And I mean a lot hahaha XD However afterwards, I felt light ^^

lol yoga is really slow movement and most of the time just sitting there...
haha i dont know if i would ever do yoga.. i have patience but yeah... lol
