Just need some information about dieting, is it good way to be slim? did you ever use this way, tell me what you know about it please. My Weight is increasing day by day. so what should i do?

Exercise more.
Don't eat too much junk food.

Honestly, I don't exercise, sleep in, eat quite a lot of junk food and I don't get fat

eating 5-6 small meals helps compared to eating 2 big meals a day
eat more veggies and fruits compared to meat [eat small amount of meat] b/c they help u digest faster
avoid junk food, sport drinks, sodas, juice unless fresh squeeze..sub with water it's better
exercise well but don't over exercise take it slowly dan increase pace
be patient with results it takes time and motivation

dieting is a good way to eat healthy
excerise regularly. 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
good tips that works is aim for healthy not super skinny. if eatting meals use a plate and make it 1/2 filled with veggies, 1/4 meat, 1/4 grain. smaller meals work to. eat fruits. it will keep your skin fresh too. after your exersise before, or between those days do some work outs that can tone muscles or something. like the ones of magazines. drink lots of water. and it takes some time but you will notice results

im on a diet myself and this is wat i do:
-eat about 4-5 small meals during the day, that way you wont starve yet you wont be over stuffing yourself
-when eating foods and drinking liquids, try to go by the serving info on the label(ie. if you wanna eat junk foods, eat ONLY ONE SERVING) i do that sometimes and its helps me stay on track even if i wanna eat junk food
-exercise 3-4 times a week, like running, yoga, playing sports. but make sure you dont push a whole week's exercise into one day because you'll be buring less carbs and not actually dieting
-drink water when you feel the urge to eat junk food or drink soda. i personally carry a bottle of poland spring water everywhere i go, that way i can stop my sudden cravings
-stay happy while dieting, i read an article bout how your personal feelings can sometimes help you lose weight. like if your really feeling good wen exercising it will help you do a lil more.
-ABSOLUTELY DONT NOT SKIP MEALS! if you skip one or two meals, the next meal you eat, your body will take in all the oil and fats form it because you are lacking two meals worth. its pointless to skip meals unless you plan on eating about 2 to 4 meals a week.

i definitely need to be on diet... i gained 10kg in just 2 years... i was used to be those skinny type.. n doesnt gain weight no matter wat i eat.. starting to eat less now.. n on time.. but just doesnt have the determination to do this..

honestly, dieting is CRAP. It does nothing because as soon as you stop you'll just gain the weight back..plus it's completely unhealthy. If you want to lose weight and reach an attainable goal, you have to change your lifestyle. Change bad eating habits, do decent excercise...dieting is not a solution to improve ones health.

erm...im kinda skinny type..everyone says i look like a stick..haha..instead, im nt..
anyway, jus do more exercises..skip meals really dun works..lol

I have found a good dieting tips from some people. I don't know if you have tried using oat meal . They have said it was zero fat so it was best to used for dieting . Someone I know have lost extra pounds because of that meal.
