Is music better for health?
Wel i don't like every music, but some time i feel fresh, when i listen my favorite music, tell me is it good for our health?

It depends what type of music you listen to at the time.
If you feel stresssed, listening to relaxing music is good for you, and helps you calm down.

yeh, not all music,it is for relaxing, so is good for health, but louse music is bad for health !

Soft and decent music is good for mind and sometimes body also but dont expect rock to do any good. It will only give headache!!!

I do think music is good for health since it does soothes the mind. Usually when I am stressed or feel upset about a problem, I would listen to music and I would feel much better afterwards ^^
