How many glasses of water do you consume per day? - Page 2

I only drink some glasses a day. I know it's very bad since I actually should drink like 10 glasses a day but sometimes I just cant do that, I am used to drink only some glasses a day. I am forcing myself to drink more...

I try to drink at least one litre of water everyday .

not enough...i don't usually drink a lot in a day, i hardly ever have liquids for breakfast cause for some reason, my stomach hurts when i drink in the morning.
the most i drank in one day was like at least 2 bottles of poland spring water and usually i only drink like 1 or just half of that.

i try to drink a liter of water which is only like 4 cups of water. and to me that's already a lot.. idk how people can drink so much water.. i would be going to the bathroom constantly >_<

It varies. I don't normally drink a lot of water though. Everyday I have at least 1 glass. Sometimes I feel like drinking a lot.. so I either drink a little or a lot. @_@ That's probably not very good for my health? XD

The reccomended is 8 cups a day.. but that's really hard to do.. x__X

i think that u should get about 5-8 fluid glasses of some kind of liquid each day...

i know u need to drink @ least 8 glasses of water a day...but i can barely drink 5 glasses a day...the rest r soft drinks and juices...
