How many glasses of water do you consume per day?
There is a rising incidence of urinary and kidney problems nowadays due to the food we eat and lack of fluid intake in our bodies. I take 10-20 glasses a day,How about you? |

Whoa, 10-20 glasses? Even though the (minimum?) recommended intake is 8 glasses? You crazy? =P Just kidding. Hmm, actually I don't konw how much I drink. I guess about 5 glasses? But it varies though.

I consume tons of water a day.. at least 8-9 GLASSES, not cups, of water lol

I drink about 1.2 litres per day and plain water is still the best choice although i have lots of choices for soft drinks at home.  |
