I think High Heals do put pressure on the balls of your feet and it can be harmful in the long run. But i guess you can always use those gel pads available now.... they tend to reduce the pressure and pain

i know some girls who wear high heels everyday so their feet must have become accustomed to it.. & i think that the 2nd toe of girls who wear high heels often tend to be longer than their big toes lol personally, sneakers and flip flops are perfect for me

Well, I usually don't pay attention to that kinda stuff.. doesn't really matter to me. But it does look like it could be damaging to your feet

erm..i dun wear high heels that often..bt it really hurts everytm i wear it..haha..
mayb really have to get used to it..and i guess it's not bad for health gua..

yeh it must kill. i used to wear shoes, medium height and they already hurt my feet. T_T
