Can a school not allow HIV+ kids from attending classes?
Can a school disallow HIV+ kids from attending classes? We all know AIDS is not a catching disease. What is the fault of these innocent kids if they are HIV+? But i heard in somewhere in this case 5 students were disallowed from attending classes
since parents of the other children protested their presence.

Well I would have thought that a school cannot disallow them to attend classes really :S, since it's not contagious. Well it is but only when the blood of a person comes into contact with HIV+ blood right? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Where did you hear it?

HIV is really contagious but for me disallowing those students in school is cruelty. It is racism and I think you could have a lot of precautionary measures so you will not get HIV. You could get HIV by blood transfusion or sexual intercourse or by kissing.

I don't think it's right to ban them from attending class. The necessary precautions should be taken but other than that let them have normal lives.
