i donated blood before. dont worry.only pain when they put in the needle. donating blood is good.go for it.hehe

i've attempted
but my heart rate or something was over 100 which was too high
it only got worst when he checked it the second time because i got more nervous
it went from 103 to 118

o i did it once.....it was soo fun...but my arm was hurting after that...but it felt good to help others (hopefully they use it =P)

never donated blood before too scared of needles and blood, i would faint. but i have friends that did it before because they come to our school and after they donate blood, they get really weak and stuff

I can't donate blood. Not the right weight requirement and another minor detail =P. Depending on my mood I fit into a category of people who people won't take blood from due to biased opinions.
But giving blood I heard doesn't really hurt, its just they you might faint if you are under a certain weight or haven't eaten much before giving blood

blood donation is a good cause, but don't do it when you are not sure.
