For breakfast, I met up with my friends before work and we went to have Dim Sum. You know, the usual stuff like: shrimp steamed dumpling, shrimp rice rolls, beef tripe, stuffed eggplant and stuffed tofu, 9 choy steamed dumplings, and sin jok guen.
For lunch, I had leftovers from Saturday's dinner. Broccoli with Oyster Sauce; Prok Strips, and rice.
For dinner, went to a local Chinese vegetarian restaurant and ordered a diced Chinese mushrooms fried rice...mm, DELCIOUS!! ^^
