the graphics was pretty good, the gameplay wasn't bad...
too bad it had to be more historically correct so not enough races (like AoE2)
card thing was a bit o_O weird
stopped playing it after a few month

i felt like i wasted my money. My friend was going all out with this game and made me want to buy and play it. Then my friend stopped playing, and i only played him once online. Then i played, and found it boring after. It was repetivie and not much u can do outside the box. But then i look back and found that i played 100 games online, and a lot more offline, and foudn that i spent a lot of time on it, and was kinda like...ok sure not bad.
The graphics are awsome, it's the best. But the addictivness isn't great.
Warchiefs added a few features in, but not too much new stuff. Natives suck when u choose them, or i jsut didn't know how to use them.

This game has a limited number of races and not enough campaigns. AOE I and II were much more fun.

yea....you see how badly the price of the game has fallen....$99....$80...$50..and finally last week i was $12.50...

Man.. I remember downloading this game for the first time.
I use to spend hours on this game, playing the campaigns. Usually, play the monguls campaigns. It was unbelievably hard to destroy the great wall.
