New AMD CPU?
guys, any news on the new amd quad core cpu n the estimated price on them. really wanna get hold of one with the new ati graphics cards. yeah wanna get the radeon x2900 series too.

So, you really need that 'core'? Did you know, according to rumors, with a mainboard and AMD's quad core processor draws about 500W? With the x2900 graphic card, with still don't know how much it draws is a pain! It's enough for me to work on 3 computer in a same time. You don't really need that in my opinion. Are you a heavy gamer?

Quad core are insane processors, over here those standard one costs over £700 that's around $1500 in USD. You don't always need a mega powerful gaming computer to play your games. (Unless you're rich and willing to spend that kind of cash)

well i will have to w8 for the price on the amd quad core to drop than i'll get it, yeah man i m not hard gamer butwe neveer kno how much power it draw but i kno it will draw sum amoun, if it does draw over 500W with the mboard i wil lhave to rethink. coz i m plannin on getti na really powerfull pc that will last me for the next 6 yrs n assemble it myself.

lol so m i, but if after it has beein on te market for 6 month n still the same price n its still not below 800 NZ dolalrs i pro just leave it. But second tho do i really need expensive cpu, wat if the pin on it breaks  there goes my money lol
