Courage to confess?

Why is it always so hard to confess to the one you love?

To me, it is most likely that there is low-confidence in thyself. This has always happened to me...what about you?

There is a certain truth to what you say but I believe that people have so much difficulty expressing their feelings for another is because they are shy and it is indeed a delicate matter

i suppose what you said is true.

but i think there is also another factor going on, FEAR! the fear of rejection also causes one to hide away their feelings and not confess to the one they admire or like.

I agree with you. It's human nature to fear rejection and unfotunately, people are not willing to accept being rejected. It's always been a very delicate problem because everyone chooses to hide their true feelings until the other person decides to suggest dating..

fear of rejection is the biggest problem of love confession... but then, it is really really very normal...

Well i think is because erm if u get rejected after u confessed.... u will feel like u have no face. Its best to know wether that girl/boy loves u.

i like a lot of guys before, but i never confess, i never even tell my friends. i am that scared to let him know.

yeh fear is a big factor. But some people still have no courage when even they know that the opposite sex likes them. I find that hard to understand.

for me , its very hard to confess because of the commitment after that...
