Well, if you want to go out with her...you have 2 options. Take out all the courage and strength in you and ask her out.

The other option is...you can secretly do sweet things to/for her. If you guys are friends, you guys can hang out...and at the end of the night walk her home. If you do this enough, she will get the hint (hopefully). The problem with this method is that...it'll take you awhile to find out whether if she likes you or not. But be sure to check out if she has a BF already. Otherwise, option 2 is no do forsure!!

if you two know each other and she's pretty nice to you tell her. but if its someone that you don't talk to or hang out with it might suprise her. if she likes you back though it might end up good suprising her, but if not it depends. if it was me and that happen i would probably ignore and freak at the stranger
