Can AT&T YAHOO, GMAIL, or yahoo emails be sent to hotmail(msn) email addresses?

I have been trying all of these email addresses to be able to contact my penpail. I really need to do this because she really said to keep in contact. So far, I think that an sbcglobal.net email address cannot connect to a hotmail.com email address, but I am not completely sure.

It could just be that she hasn't checked her email in a while, as she does not do this often. However, my first email was on July 19th. So, my email was fairly long ago. If that's the case, I at least need to know if I am able to contact her. Then, I can stop stressing and just wait until she eventually checks her email. Then, I can make sure that she gets an email when she finally goes on hotmail.

Please help me!!
