MSN explorer settings?

I've recently installed a newer version of MSN explorer browser, however I don't like the new settings. (don't like the bulky toolbars and configurations)

I went into the settings option yet couldn't find anything that would change it.

Does anyone with the newest MSN version know how to change the format? ie. get rid of the left hand side search/music toolbar? (no closing button either)
