how to i sign in to msn when the trubleshooter keeps saying something about the "default gateway"?

when i try signing in to msn the trouble shooter appears and when i trouble shoot it the list thing says that my default gateway is blocked. Jow do I fix it?

Are you using a router? When that happens to me im usually on my laptop and using wireless. All i do is just restart the router and everything works fine again.
