Anyone know of a program that converts music played by an instrument directly into sheet music?

I'm trying to put a song I composed on the guitar into sheet music, but I just can't get it exactly how I play it. Are there any programs that maybe convert something you play through a pick-up into sheet music?

If you can directly hook your instrument to your computer, there is Finale Notepad, and Overture, they both record while you play and then you can adjust the music notes (one by one) then print out.

Sibelius!!!!! this is the best one you should look for it its expensive but its worth it if your really into music go for it it its gonna help you alot.
