District council by-election nominations to open

The Yau Tsim Mong District Council Jordan East Constituency by-election will open to nominations August 14 to 27 to fill the vacant office of an elected member. The Registration & Electoral Office said a poll will be held October 5 if there is more than one validly nominated candidate.
