Cecilia Cheung's Baby Due in August 2007

Nicholas Tse's mother, Dik Bo Lai, revealed that Cecilia Cheung's baby will be due in August 2007. Radio DJ, Cha Siu Yan said, "Although Dik Bo Lai said that the baby's arrival date will be in August, but we are uncertain if this is just a ruse to distract the media's attention."

Dik Bo Lai also said that marriage and having children are very normal activities; Nic and Cecilia were not trying to be secretive. However they wanted Nic's grandmother to be the first person to hear the good news, but there is a "fool" in the house named Patrick Tse Yin [who was the first to confirm to the media of the pregnancy].

Dik Bo Lai said that the family did not not want to immediately reveal the news that Cecilia was pregnant because the couple wanted to retain privacy when they go out and have dinner.

Nic is apparently a very nervous father, as he had already telephoned Dik Bo Lai several times, saying that Cecilia vomited all the food she ate. Nic even wanted to take Cecilia to the hospital, as he was afraid that the baby was not getting the proper nutrition. Dik scolded Nic and said that the hospital is busy and full of pregnant women.

Dik was full of praise for daughter-in-law, Cecilia. Although Cecilia does not eat meat, whatever soups Dik prepared, Cecilia will drink them all. Nic and Cecilia plan to spend Lunar New Year in Vancouver with Nic's grandmother, but they have not bought the airplane tickets yet.

According to a reliable source, Nic recently bought a $10 million (HKD) luxury apartment in Clear Water Bay. The apartment is generously sized at 3,900 square feet, thus allowing Cecilia to live in comfortable quarters while awaiting her delivery date in August.
Reporters contacted Nic's company, EEG, for confirmation but did not hear back from them at the time of publication.

omg I can't believe that Nic is already married!!!!!!!!!1 and having a baby...it just seems like yesterday and he was "single". Oh wellz, hope his baby is healthy and handsome like him, or beautiful like Cecilia.

yeah i guess the rumour is true, they did married because ceci is pregnant, but then nic does sound like a caring husband and father... and it is funny how he "scared" when ceci vomitted... lol.
