Gillian Chung Celebrated 26th Birthday With Friends

Yesterday was Gillian Chung's birthday, so she was at CEO Karaoke Lounge in Causeway Bay to celebrate her 26th birthday. Besides her partner Charlene Choi, EEG's boss Albert Yeung, and her friends, Kenny Kwan, Sun Boy'z, Niki Chow, Mandy Chiang, Yumiko Cheng, and her manager Mani Fok, along with Mani's boyfriend, Clinton, were all present. Among them, Yumiko joked that she wanted to give Gillian a boyfriend as a present, but birthday girl, Gillian, frankly said that she won't accept just anyone, so is she meaning at someone specific?

Gillian arrived at about 10:30 p.m. and left at 3:00 a.m. When she left, her cheeks looked slightly pink, and she happily expressed that Mr. Yeung gave the dinner and the karaoke party as a present. When asked if any of her rumoured boyfriends gave her any presents, Gillian expressed that none of them did. When reporters joked of when Gillian saw Mani and Clinton, Yumiko and her rumoured boyfriend, Endy, at the party, would she feel like dating as well? Gillian immediately responded, "No! There was only one couple at the party! Mani's going to get married soon!" Being at her side, Mani immediately protested, "Touchwood!" Towards Yumiko stating that if Gillian wants a boyfriend, she'll be happy to give her one, Gillian said that she is not going to accept just anyone. As for Yumiko and Charlene saying that they will drink for Gillian to avoid her being intoxicated, Gillian responded that she drank most of it, and it was only a few glasses of red wine.

Mr. Yeung stayed at the karaoke party for about an hour, and he left after Gillian cut her birthday cake. Because Niki and Charlene both have work tomorrow, they had to leave early, but they did give Gillian presents. Niki gave Gillian a top, she said, "I asked for Charlene's opinion before buying it, so I hope Gillian likes it."

Besides Charlene and Niki, Don and Mandy gave Gillian a special pillow as a present together; Mani gave her a big red envelope. Even though Yumiko has thought of the present already, she did not have time to buy it yet. She revealed that it is somewhat of a personal item; besides being suitable for her work, it can also relieve boredom, and it's convenient. Because Yumiko does not know Gillian's measurements, she would not buy her underwear. When asked if Yumiko will buy the present with 'Honey', she responded, "Stephanie Cheng has a song called, 'Honey'!" Kenny expressed that he is in the same situation as Yumiko of not having the time to buy Gillian a present, so he hilariously expressed that he will give Gillian a passionate kiss as a present for the time being! Steven came with his hands empty, but he expressed with a laugh that if Gillian likes, he will get her whatever she wants, he said, "If Gillian gives me an order, I'll get it for her no matter how expensive it is! Of course, I would like that to happen when my birthday hits around!"

On the other hand, Gillian's rumoured boyfriend, Alex Fong, had an autograph session for his album earlier yesterday. He frankly expressed that he has sent Gillian a SMS message to wish her a happy birthday, and he will be giving her his new album as a present. Alex expressed that he did not know that Gillian was throwing a party, but he did ask her how she was going to be spending her brithday. As the two of them act so distant from each other, is it because of being afraid that Alex will stand between Gillian and her Taiwan rumoured boyfriend, Alex then responded, "I'm not that important, am I?"

OMG all this rumours again... it doesn't even look like a birthday then!!! Those reporters have to let her alone with these heart questions!!
