Twins the Only HK Artists to Win Award @ Mainland Award Ceremony

The ’06 Beijing Popular Music Award Ceremony’ was held earlier in Beijing. Taiwanese and Mainland singers were the big winners of the day while Twins were the only Hong Kong singers to win awards. The duo won a ‘Gold Song Award’ for their song ‘Around the World with Eighty Dollars’ (八十塊環遊世界) and defeated S.H.E and Fahrenheit to win the ‘Favourite Group Award’.

After filming for the whole day, Twins flew to Beijing to accept the awards. Due to then rush, Gillian Chung and Charlene Choi were unable to walk on the red carpet. When returning to their hotel, after the event, the two stopped by a restaurant to have their late night snack. The two each ate a crab each and then posed for pictures when fans swarmed in the restaurant.

Twins returned to Hong Kong to work on their movie yesterday.

Well, it is just a snack so I doubt the crab was that filling.. but it's funny how fans jsut know wherever you are... no?

I'm glad they are still hot and going and winning awards haha, Twins has been around for a while now and has stuck together.. I love them.. kaka
