For Lunar New Years, Vivian Hsu is spending her time in Los Angeles rather than at her home. She had requested a vacation from her agency and spent approximately 1.1 million Taiwan dollars to take the time to study abroad for two months. She is said to be taking language courses along with dance and vocal lessons.
To master English, she selected a school in an area with a low Chinese speaking population and does a three hour commute each day. Vivian Hsu has never driven on the freeway so she spends her days battling with maps.
Her life studying abroad can been seen on her blog where she has continuously been in communication with her fans as well.
