R4DS at Dangbox.com - good deal??

I've been searching for a Canadian online store that sells the R4DS for a good price, Dangbox.com is selling it for $39.99 (us) and it comes with a free 1gb Sandisk MicroSD, also if I sign up I get a $5.00 discount coupon in which I can use on the R4. So the total will be $34.99 for the R4 with the free 1gb Micro SD, is this a good deal? Any comments would be helpful, thanks

I don't know about pricing or anything but I would prefer getting the M3 DS Real.
