The DSi will be released in Japan on November 1. It will retail for ￥18,900 (USD$180), and will be available in two colours, white and black. It will be released in other markets sometime "next year".

From how I see it, it is exactly like a regular DS... with minor differences. What is the price difference between this and a regular DS?

hmm bigger screen + browser, not a bad idea. though i own a supercard and i get all ds games for free.. so i guess i might wait until they release a similar item for the dsi.

I would like to get one too. Might get my brother to get one from Hong Kong if he goes in May as it might be cheaper over there.
