Default Help with Nintendo DS?

If I bought a Nintendo DS from America could I charge it normally in the UK and play DS games from the UK as well as play wirelessly with other UK DS systems?

UK (and other European) games will work fine on it. According to what I read, the systems are the same in Europe and in the US, so wireless should work also.

To charge it, you'll have to get a voltage converter (usually available for around $10).
