is there somwhere you can download wii updates from your computer and put them on your wii?

i just bought an sd card because it was cheap so i need a way to get the sd card update on my wii but all i have is dial up internet so i cant get the update straight on to my wii and i cant get highspeed internet because its not avalible. plesze help me.

idk man i cant help u with that i dont have a wii all i have is ps3 and xbox 360
