GameBoy Player?

If you have a gameboy, and a gamecube, then you get yourself a link cable, and a gameboy player, oh and pokemon collesum. Can you use your link cable onto the gameboy to the gameboy player, then trade pokemon from collesuim to your pokemon game on gameboy?

an easier way is to buy a gamecube link cable that connects on the gamecube control hole and you can transfer pokemon from game to game

yes as long as you have the mystery gift unlocked and the game is ruby, sapphire, or emerald.(im not sure about fire red and leaf green)
