On super mario bro's for nintendo ds how do you get onto lands 4 and 7?

I have completed the whole thing but don't know how to get on the levels, help

You need to complete the previous bosses with tiny Mario. As you run off at the end of the level, having defeated the boss, you'll see a gap in the floor. Tiny Mario falls down this gap, and runs off to the hidden worlds.
