You might like The sims 2, the sims 2 pets, maybe zoo tycoon.

There are some other nice brain training games like brain academy, brain challenge, my mind coach.

I agree with jedi18legolas. The Phoenix Wright series of games are definitely a must-play. They are awesome. Trauma Center would be a good game to play too. There's different versions of Harvest Moon for the DS if you like the Harvest Moon series.
