Here's a site I thought is pretty complete with all the games (new and old) out there.

Covers almost all languages [U, J, E, K], and most of the time guaranteed to work on R4/M3 etc.

Simple search bar, search any game you want.

Mihd (slow like crap) + Badongo links given.

Must register though! Doesn't take long anyway

Are those files torrent files? Once you download do you have any conversion (game file)
