what you have to do is take out the disc from the tray and press reset and then when you see browser and the other option which i forgot the name....
press on browser, select your memory card and press on it and select the files you dont want and press on it and press the delete button ....i dont remember if its X or O check the bottom of the screen

When you turn it on what for it to say Browser System Configuration. Then press x. After you press x you will see a memory card and a cd (if there is a game in your PS2). Click on the memory card and find the game you want to erase. When you are on it press x. Then you can copy or delete it from you memory card.

Not sure if you want to delete the game info off the card or just certain information within the game.
If you want to delete ALL the game info, eject the game (making sure disc tray is out or remove the disc all together), then hit the reset button or turn off and turn back on (the second method may close the disc drawer and load the game, just remove the disc). You should get a screen that allows you to select the memory card, enter that and from there you should be able to delete ALL the game info.
If you just want to delete info from within the game, DO NOT do previous method. i am not familiar to NCAA 2006, but there has to be a way to remove the info you don't need. I am able to do just this to may of my games.
