Ps3 Headset?

I am hoping to get a PS3 for Christmas just wondering, if you have a wired usb headset to you plug it into the controller or the ps3 itself?
And if i have a wireless headset (samsung WEP150) is that suitable to play on ps3 and talk to players playing NHL08?

It is really pointless having to plug the headset into the ps3 and having the wireless controller although the bluetooth is good and i have a bluetooth device so all is good

Hey wired into the console simple as

wireless is bluetooth so yours works

yea there is talking

You will need to get a bluetooth headset for the PS3 - like the ones used for celphones with bluetooth.

yehh mate that headset sould work any bluetooth or USB headset should be compatibal with the ps3.
if you have heard others talking on NHL08 then you will beable to.
just make sure you set up your headset by going to setting accesories and the audio settings(or something like that)

I've been using my bluetooth headset that I used for my cell phone. I dont like using a headset or play games with the headset on as the background noise is irritating. I do sometimes call my friends up on my cell and just use that to communicate. IF you do it on the night and weekend minutes then it's basically free.
