Volume of music?
Well if I'm in a good mood I usually listen to loud music or quiet music to relieve some stress out of my mind. So I would choose "Both"

I don't really listen to music loudly.. It's actually pretty soft when I listen, I listen to kinda classical stuff so I guess that makes sense

Both, when I am alone then both depending on what i feel like. When i am with people and i want to hear the conversation then quiet, if i try blocking them out then loud
