Customer Service
Their support is okay for me, took them 48 hours to reply my email. Overall it's great!
Packaging and Delivery
10/10, but delivery takes a week to arrive at my place. Even I chose the Express service, it still comes in a week 
Products
They got all the things that I want, but they still need to improve their "Out of print" Making me impatient to get their VCD I want
Overall YesAsia is the best place to get your favourite Asian Entertainment products.

It's great, delivery like you said, around a week, but that's alright for me.
It has basically everything, but some of the classics are out of stock most of the time.
Definitely the best place for Asian merchandise!

I use to get stuff from then when they first started up. They had pretty good deals back then. Now their deals aren't as good. their prices are okay.

I used to order from them. But since I go to HK so often now, I don't really need any asian stores to buy stuff.

Brought no. Bought yes, I used to buy a lot of audio cds from them, but since nobody from HK can sing, and those veterans all retired, I stopped buying.

I have bought a lot of my dvd's from Yesasia, the service has been good and they always keep me updated as to sales, promos etc, (btw: I'm not connected to YA in any manner except as a customer)......  |
