Found this while I was tidying my room up, something my teacher gave me long time ago
-----
1. Our brain works better in the morning than at night - wake up early and start revising.
2. Pray when you wake, before you study and give thanks to God for giving you discipline and concentration to study [Obviously don't have to do if you're not a Christian]
3. Set a study plan or a daily outline. Don't forget your breaks and meals!
4. Find a comfy pen to use for studying and exam time. Hand cramp = not good
5. Find a quiet place to study without distractions.
6. Study a mixture of the things you know and things you don't. Don't do all the hard subjects all at once.
7. Don't be afraid to ask for help from your family and friends coz God has given people in your life for a reason.
8. Make studying notes you understand. Learn and write as you go along.
9. FOCUS. Don't make pointless notes.
10. Suss out what you are meant to study - check past papers and your syllabus.
11. Don't overdo the studying. Recharge your batteries - take breaks!
12. Variety beats boredom. Use different colored pens if you are creative.
13. Drink plenty of water. Your head works better when if it's not dehydrated.
14. Read your notes out loud or sing if you want - it's one way of getting them to register
15. Get your beauty sleep! You don't want to fall asleep on your exam paper do you?
16. Pray for guidance and strength before the exam.
17. Be confident, place all your worries on God
18. Bring spare pens, pencils and equipment. You never know what may happen.
19. Don't w a f f l e - keep to the point of the Qs!
20. And remember: Check through your answers before the end of the exam.
Good luck!
