It's actually coming out in 2008 now, because of Hu Ge's previous accident. I'm not a big fan of Hu Ge or Ariel, I'm just looking forward for Yuan Hong's YK.

Out of every talented and beautiful actresses out there, why did they chose Liu Shishi to play as Mu Nianci?

I think Ariel's acting is very sound, but I feel her looks don`t amount to what I idealized as Huang Rong. In fact, none of the HR's of the past have been what you would call intoxicating in beauty -- maybe more on the charming side than pretty. But Ariel doesn`t look quick-witted enough to be Huang Rong. No offense to all her fans.

Hu Ge was Guo Jing.... hmmm. The same applies to him. He doesn`t look his part. There's also the costume. However, he's been doing well with his past series. I wish he had been Yang Guo instead. He would have done a fine job. But Guo Jing? Ehh.......

Yuan Hong as Yang Kang. Oh, definitely. Such a versatile actor. His Yelu Xie in Shao Nian Yang Jia Jiang stole many hearts.

I second that. The only HR, so far, I found that looked the part the best is Zhou Xun. She was one good HR.

I think the best version I have seen of LOCh is still tvb 1983 version. I have yet to see if this version will be better or not

did they run out of ideas, what's with these remake. every few years just add the year and is another show but same story.
